Well, I very much doubt a nine year old has had time to lurk sufficiently. But more importantly, someone who tries to lie about their age in order to seem more mature is more likely to be exceedingly immature.

Does this mean that the younger someone is, the more internet unintelligent they may be, and the more trollish they can seem, whether it's intentional or not?

I would of imagined trolls use more verbal or other uses, being annoying in this way doesn't seem to be fun for the prankster
