I think it actually can depend more on the schools and teachers than the state, even. At the public high school I went to, some classes didn't even have finals. Most of them did, but it was different for each class how much of your grade they would be. It was never more than 30%, though.

At my high school none of the classes had finals, so that was hard getting used to in college. I've heard of other Wisconsin schools that do have finals though, so my experience definitely supports this.

It is. At least for Public Schools. Private Schools are better since they handle there own things.

Well here in good old *Insert state where i live here*. It doesn't matter.

mah im happy with what I got, best I got was B in sciance the 4th award and a B in history and a Merit in art witch is the equivilent of a B

Plus an extra qualification I got an A in. I think that's the highest grade for that qualification, but I have to check somewhere.

So yeah, basically I am a god. I'm going to call a remark on my History as well, because I only missed the A* by a single mark.

Just got GCSE results yesterday

thankfully i passed all but two and im going to collage

what did I fail?

Food tech, i did'nt like it, so i lost intrst and grades fell, but I got a D wich im happy about.
and Product design, I got an E but mah never thought i'd do well in that.

My point: Good luck writing essays.

Not Every country had the same system as the USA you know.

System? More like systems.

Our school systems are run on the state level, not the federal. Each state makes its own laws and requirements for their schools.
