The expansions are also optional but you get a lot of extra content and a higher level cap.

Yes but Swaffy is saying Battlefield 3 is amongst is favourite games, good shouldn’t cut it. Besides the game could still suck, no one knows because it's not out yet. Battlefield 3 should be on your "most anticipated" list.

Cheaper as in free. WoW only costs £9.99 which is affordable and worth the price mainly because of the size of the world and the amount of content.

RS membership is 4.99 for me though it is still smaller than WoW but is still worth the price, my opinion. I am also fond (I think that's the right word) of RS's lore just as I am fond of ES's lore.

World of Warcraft(so addictive!)

All RPGs are addictive depending on you. For me, I prefer RuneScape over world of Warcraft mainly due to RS actually load and work fine on my Dial-Up + RS is a lot cheaper.

Though I prefer Elder Scrolls over both. XD. Need a Elder Scrolls Online Game.
