Since if En makes -2, then it can't change in the universe. Although this is assuming the General Theory of Relativity is correct and Quantum Theory isn't. Let's assume that is the case and come back to that later, because I think I just found something out:

U = -6 in that case, and if E < U, then the equation is impossible.

Therefore, Quantum Mechanics must be true and the General Relativity Theory must be false! In which case, the value of U can differ depending on what time we are in.

U can not be a constant, but must vary depending on E, so therefore, E can't be a constant either.

Therefore, the final solution is:

U = 41 - E
