Purple faction? No I mean the color of the fear attacks Cynder uses in the Dawn of the Dragon.

The idea sounds somewhat like an RTS kind of deal with the factions and zones. Build your homeland, towns, defenses, trade, culture and then... SIEGE!!!

It's called Istaria. It's on computer, and you need to pay a monthly fee to play a dragon.
There are 3 realms, 1 normal (Chaos), 1 RP (Order) and 1 Test (Blight).

I did see such a game on Youtube where one of the classes is a dragon that can transform back & forth from humanoid and full form. I completely forgot the name of it though... it might of started with an A or something...

Ah, here it is. Istaria: Chronicles of the Gifted (formerly known as Horizons: Empire of Istaria) It's about 8 years old as of this post.

I would like to see an MMORPG of Spyro. There is only one MMORPG in the world where you can play a dragon, but there are only 26 players online at the same time.

But Spyro is already so popular, it has to get players.

So I made up a basic idea for an MMORPG. Please give me your opinion.

So the basic idea is 2 factions (like WoW) with both different types of elemental dragons. Their scale color, is the same as their element's color.

Faction 1:
Fire: Red (like Ignitus)
Thunder: Yellow (like Volteer)
Ice: Bright Blue (like Cyril)
Earth: Green (like Terrador)

Faction 2:
Poison: Bright Green
Fear: Bright red/purple maybe
Wind: Grey/White
Shadow: Black

They would all have a different starting zone.

You just choose an element, some have a healing advantage, others a tanking advantage and so on.

Eventually you must grow from hatchling to juvenile to adult and then to ancient. Starting as hatchling, you can fly but not very fast or high. This would improve with each life-stage.

This may be a bit detailed for a basic idea, but it's not like they are ever gonna make it so it doesn't really matter.
