I like my Spyro games as running through a level collecting gems and dragons/orbs/eggs with an incredibly vague storyline if that. Dude has poor body image and freezes all the dragons in the world? Cool, sign me up. Midget shows up with his gangsters and so I'm unwillingly called by ethically questionable means to fight him? Awesome, show me where to go.

ANB is a series reboot. That means that it takes place from the start, as if the games before it didn't happen.

And they also wanted to Spyro into a franchise with a more mature bite. "Lord of the Rings"-esque complex storyline that sets off more than a typical platformer like Old Spyro.

And these experimentations from Krome and Sierra began the biggest argument among Spyro fans.

Because they wanted "A new beginning", a remake because the old series were going in a wrong direction in A "Hero's Tail", "Spyro: Orange/Fusion" and "Shadow Legacy", getting worse and worse.

If spyro the dragon 1:for ps1 is suppose to be the first game,then why is spyro borned in legend of spyro a new beggining:For ps2(thats what I have it for)?
