I'm just glad to say that Spyro has never been a boss or enemy.

Then is sounds like you are dying at the part where the platforms slowly disappears into the wall.  The key is to glide from platform to platform as quickly as you can.  If you don't movie, the platforms with push you into the pit, so be quick.  But, do not charge.  Just keep moving forward and glide with as much efficiency as possible.  A few practices and you'll get it.

Ripto and the Sorcoress are tougher than Gnasty.  I'm sure once you beat Gnasty once, you'll never have that problem again.  What part can't you get passed?

I can't remember which level it was, but it's the one where you have to chase down the two egg thieves and then Gnasty Gnorc. I can catch the two thieves, but for some reason I've only been able to hit Gnasty Gnorc once.

Well, right now I'm having a time with Malefore on the DS version of Dawn of the Dragon, so I guess he's the villian I currently hate the most. I'm also not a big fan of Gnasty Gnorc from the first game. I've beat the next two Spyro games after that but I still can't get past Gnasty Gnorc.

Hmmm I'm a bit surprised you didn't say either Arborik, or skabb from The Eternal Night. My least favorite is Gaul 1st round. Not being able to use any breath attacks is annoying and drags the fight out. Then there's that jumping sword attack of his that destroys your health if it lands a hit. then once he's beaten 1st round the 2nd round is completely boring since he can easily be beaten with dark spyro breath attack without much effort.

i agree.  Gaul Pt. 1 was annoying.  You would be doing real well, and all of the sudden, SMACK!  dead...

Hmmm I'm a bit surprised you didn't say either Arborik, or skabb from The Eternal Night. My least favorite is Gaul 1st round. Not being able to use any breath attacks is annoying and drags the fight out.
