Yeah, It's under construction, but it'll release May 13, 2011 (yes, it's on a Friday the 13th).

I can't wait until Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Vietnam. There aren't much
games out there in the world that are both set in Vietnam era and are well
made. So far, EA has the best Vietnam game: Battlefield Vietnam. And
now I'm excited to hear that BF: BC2 Vietnam will be coming out in Winter.

I think the word "they" was referring to Activision. Many of the games they covered at E3 will be hyped for weeks, played like there's no tomorrow, and treated like they are the "BEST FRIGGIN GAIMS EVAH" until the next game is revealed. Then COD: Black Ops will be forgotten like COD:MW2.

I still haven't heard any information about a new Spyro game yet, also for Devil May Cry 5.
