If it's password-related, there really isn't an excuse - passwords are one's own responsibility to keep safe.

If people do "hack" into accounts, what do they use to achieve that? More importantly, does that person have so much time as to get into the trouble of cracking into another person's account? IMO, this scenario seems less likely.

If the scenario is the former, I'd say tough luck...

Mmmmmaybeeeee. Looking at the *cough* things the account shows, I guess so, unless that's really the person you mean from '09. Sig and loc weren't like that before, right? Because I think it's pretty silly, to be honest.

Maybe that's a reason for accounts not to be deleted, to prevent other people from deleting them...

the last time it was used was August 2009 or something... and it doesn't seem like he/she normally talks like this.
