yes you get the full epilogue if you obtain every skill-point its not that special tho.

Skill points are just little extra collectibles that you get for doing something special, like destroying scenery or beating best times, things like that. Each Skill Point gives you one life. If you get all the skill points, you unlock something in the Guidebook.

i have destroyed all windmills in huricoss and i've got a skillpoint which is called all windmills....what that means??
