They affect me a bit.

They create a blind spot that makes me miss the second F out of effect.

But no, they don't work on me either, and it's all I would drink before a race when I was really into my swimming. It's more the pool you swim in really... The Ponds Forge in Sheffield is a really fast pool, so I loved it when the Yorkshires were held there. Middlesborough? Not so much...

Red bull and vodka... Tell you what, you can get steaming after just one glass of that if you mix it right!! Red bull and cokes work too, bt I don't really like coke so I didn't have more than a sip of that.

That's why I stay away from coffee and caffeine. I just had to try one the other day. It was pretty good, too.

They taste good, but I wouldn't recommend getting one. They have ingredients that make you crave energy drinks even more, like caffeine, except a lot worse.
