Chapter 1: Devilish glows

There was a party going on in the Valley of Avalar. It went on until Midnight.
"Sorry folks, but Cynder and I have got to go home," Spyro announced. Everyone said goodbye and Spyro and Cynder flew home.

As they were sleeping, it suddenly went so black that they thought they were blind. Suddenly, a red, devilish glow pushed it's way through the darkness and shaped itself into slits. Just then, an unknown blue and purple dragon shot out some silver dust that immediately lit up the cave. The glow went away and the drago flew away.
"Um, thanks?" Spyro said, but she took no notice.

Next morning, Spyro and Cynder were still confused about last night.
"Although I'm confused, those glows looked like eyes........" Cynder said.
