I am happy by just being who I am. I don't need superpowers to be able to

You might be thinking of aging on a different planet or moon compared to aging on Earth, but that's a different matter entirely.

Close to does not mean exactly.
But he's right, if you travel at the speed of light you'll arrive sooner than you departed.
