Seems difficult to me...
Anyway, the names seem pretty good, although I prefer the worlds called like the bosses. But let's see what I can do:

Toasty: Coastal Postern
Dr. Shemp: Ravine Trail
Blowhard: Soaring Peak
Metalhead: Boggy Grove
Jacques: Night's Isles
Gnasty Gnorc: Sinister Spire

That does make a lot of sense, they couldn't've just been named after the bosses forever. I do believe they had to have been renamed after being taken over, I mean, what kind of place would be named after the boss before they were even taken over? It makes a whole lot more sense that they had other names before, and I like the ideas you came up with.

Because they couldn't have always been named the same thing as the boss, they were renamed after they were taken over, that's what I think.

Toasty = Meadow Fort
Doctor Shemp = Crusty Cliffs
Blowhard = Cyclone Citadel
Metalhead = Steel Swamp
Jacques = Island Caves

If you have any other ideas feel free to share them
