Purple.

The most often used colour for his eyes has been purple, with rare deviances to other colours. I'm pretty sure purple would be his eye colour, by that logic.

I'm shocked and very pleasantly surprised that no-one's said yellow.

Speaking of eyes, has anyone else noticed that Sonic only has one eye with two pupils and an oddly-shaped eyelid?

I think Spyro's eyes are dark purple.

...and certain artwork (such as this picture: http://images.fanpop.com/images/image_u … 4_768.jpg) his eyes are BROWN.

Aren't those really black, but reflects the light from the fire and the other light source? His mouth and a few other spots are affected by the light too.
