I dont get it...that phone booth thing floating around space and that scientist guy. I bet both of those are from some sci fi I'm not familiar with, Doctor Who perhaps?

well its not really an alternative ending. thats how it really ends. poeple who were confused were to lazy to watch the end of the credits. or they had the DS version which dosen't make it as obvious that he lives. it shows him in the sky but sinces scenes in the DS version dont move it wasn't 100% clear that actually lived.

After some people complained, Reasonably I thought, About the Plot Holes in DOTD, Not least in the final scenes, I decided to make an alternative ending
