Spyro to appear in upcoming Skylanders tv show

I actually like the show graphics in the screenshots as well. No word on the show production status, but the show will air on Netflix in the Fall.

All they'd really have to do to make him less weird looking IMO is make the snout longer. Someone with Photoshop skills please do it and prove me right/wrong.

As for the school thing, yeah, it's a common kids' show gimmick, but, well, it is a kids' show. We, adults, aren't the target demographic and we have to accept that. This is why I'm no longer attached to Spyro as a brand/series and haven't been since Skylanders was announced - it's not for me anymore, and I'm okay with that. (Not saying you're not accepting it; you're obviously allowed to be unhappy about it, etc; just speaking in general. I personally don't see any reason to care anymore.)

And we don't know for sure that the setting will be bad yet. I'm not even saying "watch it and give it a chance," because I'm probably not going to go out of my way to, but I'd wait for reviews at least before assuming it'll be a total disaster.

I apologize for my baseless assumption, I just got a little annoyed with the renewed fanbase negativity since Crash was added in Skylanders.

Ehh... the edit made Spyro look derpy now pff, not cute anymore to me X3

tbh i never liked what they did to spyro in skylanders....basically just used him as a marketing decoy, then when it got good they just brushed him off like it ment absolutely nothing, and on day 1 of skylanders i never liked his art, sure its good quality but why did they make him small and young again? he was like that for almost 8yrs before they finally made dawn of the dragon and finally made him a teenager

Its a kids show like Lion guard is a kid knockoff of the Lion King. I'd much rather them stop milking skylanders and actually give spyro his own game again.

I'd watch it if it was a bit more grown-up like Regular Show, Simpsons (They have adult jokes in there) or things like that. I'd also want it to be a cartoon and not 3D, as well as the cartoon having a Castle Crashers style to it. But thats just my opinion anyways smile
