Just careless people trying to get money for their faults. I mean, did they not know that Videogames are no good for children who experience seizures?

Oh, wow, I never saw this before.

If I'm understanding this right, isn't possible to not know that you might experience seizures from video games until it actually happens? So it might not entirely be the parent's fault. (...Wait, it was an infant playing!? Real responsible, mom....)

However, it doesn't seem like the companies' faults, either. There was a warning on the game, like there would be on any other game. They can't be responsible for every accident that happens. Also, suing the rental company, really? -__-

I wonder what ended up happening in this case.
