It wasnt that much of a large OMG hes DEAD situation. I dont even think they said "dead" or "death" at all (i could be wrong). He just vanished into the fire and the way that spyro and cynder reacted it is assumed that he died.
DarkMasterBasil: you said that they were "like 5 years old jeez...". That is untrue. They are definently teenagers. In a few games they would probably be adults.

I'd say that the children would be quite the opposite of spyro and cynder... brighty coloured - ruby, gold, silver, emerald, sapphire... Otherwise, i'd say a cobalt dragon, but i just like the colour cobalt...

Not sure about colour, since purple and (supposedly) black are rare, but he/she will share characteristics of both parents. e.g. Cynder's horns, Spyro's wings etc. (Sorry if this has been mentioned before.)

Their child would probably be the Spyro from the original Spyro games if you get what I mean. Since the series is called "The Legend of Spyro".
