OK this will be an insanely easy job for those who can draw AND edit effects at the same time. It will even be easier if you're a fan of the 3rd generation Pokémon.
I'll pay 10000 gems for:
1.) A very good Milotic picture; a picture as size of a short bond paper (7x9.5 inches if margins are included). I want a picture that's worth posting at the wall of my room.
In all the pictures I have in my room, I seemed to have lacked reptiles at any corner, save the Treecko in the Pokémon Poster I have. So I'll start it off with my current favorite non-dragon serpent, Milotic.
BONUS: I'll give ANOTHER 10000 gems if you can also do a good wall-worth picture of Shiny Milotic. So basically, you can already get 20000, but that involves having to make 2 pictures...
2.)A good Milotic banner. Yes, I am insane and thus I am merely asking for a banner in payment of 10000 gems. [THIS ONE IS DONE.]
This is the trick, though: my eyes are hard to please when it comes to beauty. My eyes are very insensitive to quality and beauty of things. But those who can make me a worthwhile picture of the beautiful Venus that has appeared to me... well, you know.

Okay so does is absolutely have to be 7 X 9.5 inches? I don't know where I will find paper that size short of cutting it myself.
That would not be pretty.
Can it just be the usual 8.5 X 11?
Aww, she's cute. I could easily do some line art of her, though I do my work on 8.5x11 inch paper. It wouldn't be in color, though; coloring takes so much work, I'd have to request actual money for something along those lines, especially these days.
You might have to PM me about what exactly you're looking for, though. I still remember how we met and I'm not against drawing anything, er, not postable here, but I'd need details.

Draw it on an 8.5 x 11 paper, but the borders should be 0.75 on each side.
Remember though, I'm going to print it to be able to be posted in my room, so it should look good when already on computer.
It is recommended that added effects be put on, because that amplifies a lot of picture quality.
@Razz: What 'details' do you need anyway? "...against drawing anything" Lol.

Ack, my bad! I thought I'd asked it, but it turns out I didn't. *headdesk* That's what exhaustion and excruciating arm pain will do to a gal. What I wanted to know is what, exactly, you are looking for. I couldn't quite figure out from your first post if you just wanted something generic or if you want something sexy (and, if the latter, how and what kind of sexy would need to be explained, probably in PM).
In all honesty I do not have any knowledge about art styles.

3D Renders are 3D Models of the Pokemon from the Games. Card Art is art from the Pokemon Trading Card Game. Sugimori Art is the official art that the sprites are based off in the games.

I'd go for Card Art, but I never have even seen a Milotic card yet (I only have 17 more Hoenn Pokémon in the cards that I don't have, unfortunately I don't have a Milotic card).
