Was Malefor immortal/invincible in DotD?

There is always a way out when your a mad power craved overlord like Malefor. He will find a way out. Once again my legend of zelda ultimatum, "Getting that chest is never that easy" aka getting ride of Malefor isnt as easy as shown in DotD. Until he falls on a spike of earth or something like in this one Fan comic i read... as long as he is alive he will come back.

naah I think this time he's well and truly trapped.

Anyway I love the tought of villens been trapped for all eternaty...it seems more crule then death it self.

Yeah he was never defeated x3 Spyro and Cynder blasted off the fury beams together at Malefor who just got knocked back onto the ground. Then the spirit of the former dragon guardians grabbed him and sealed him within the crystal that was below them. I don't think he's dead, but merely trapped. and now sealed away from the outer world :3 hur



Who knows if this is the end of him... Sierra said, that they'd make Spyro games with the TLOS timeline, Just not a particular "TLOS" game.

Since Skylanders is a spin-off and not canon (I suppose) it's entirely different from what the time-line series will be. I don't know if Malefor is sealed forever. Probably is..But we can only find out :3

Actually, Sierra belongs to Activision now.
