After having read through a few threads here I thought of this blatantly appropriate and/or obvious question - how many users here, if any, identify with the Otherkin/Draconic/etc community?
Obviously if you're in with them you'll know what the term means, but for those who aren't or who don't know what it means, in short it is a term used to describe people who have some metaphysical, spiritual, or perhaps other worldly connection to a dragon or a similar being of comparable magnitude.
I myself do not call myself one, I am merely, well, a dragon-phile (and also a lover of other things scaly like reptiles and dinosaurs) to be quite honest, but some of my friends are 'kin, and that's cool. Generally speaking, just because someone has a dragon-based character to represent themselves doesn't automatically mean they're 'kin. If you check the Art thread I posted quite a few pictures of "me" in there, but my dragon is just an avatar used for role play and other story-related things. As awesome as it would be, I'm not really that dragon in any form but I will admit that would be awesome.
If you're one feel free to post about your findings, drawings, or information; it's always interesting to read.

Well actually Draconic and furry aren't necessarily the same thing, but they do sometimes go hand in hand.
I use a dragon as my character but I am neither Draconic nor furry, go figure! My dragon avatar is mostly just for identification purposes and so that I have a character I can role play as should the need ever arise.

Ohh, the hair. I see now. That's nifty, and yes nobody is an expert on exact dragon biology so hair is fine, I've seen plenty of dragons with it (even though I like mine without, haha).
'Til death do you part. That's dedication. :3

I guess I can call myself a lover of reptiles if that counts...I think it is called 'scaly' or something
Depends to what extent. If you're "like me", which I don't know if I'm allowed to talk details here, the term for that is "herpetophile". "Scaly" is usually a nicer term though.
I would love to certainly think myself as a dragon to represent my personality. :3 But I like scalys too. I'm not sure of myself precisely, but when I see a dragon, it speaks to me, like a representation of a character or being I look into. Philosophy calls for such events for us thinking about these opinions.

Im always thinking of something related to dragons. I sometimes have questions about dragons and i meditate on that question until i have a reasonable answer. I like to think that a dragon represents my personality well. I even know dragonscript. so i always write in dragonscript in my journal.

Well as another example of a dragon furry..... all times i image my right side of my face, as im looking normaly, not at a mirror and see that part of a dragon *hence avatar one* I feel a wing on my side shoulder and a tail waging back and forth. =3 I sence the inner dragon and i pull it forth.
